It’s all Steven’s Fault.

So our lovely drummer (who is also rat tat tatting with the amazing Carmen Townsend and the Tom Fun Orchestra) was having a conversation with Michael a few days back.  Michael mention the idea of playing a show with Tom Fun sometime in the near future and suggested that Steven act as a double agent and brainwash the crew of TFO into thinking it was a grand idea.  Turns out he never got the chance (which is probably for the best).  Instead he used telekinesis to alter the brain waves of Mr. Troy Arseneault from across the province.   Not two hours later and Michael received an email from Troy inviting TZE to play alongside one of the few bands left that still dance with the devil and sing with their gonads.  Now if you are reading this you no longer have a choice.  Sunday May 20th at the Seahorse Tavern @ 10pm come join us for an “all night celebrations of musical excess and prescribed chaos” with the amazing Tom Fun Orchestra.  I dare not think of what should happen to your sorry hide should you stray from this path.  And if you find yourself drunk on the Seahorse floor, gambling with the devil on dice with no spots, it’s all Steven’s fault.

Back At It.

After a brief hibernation we are ready to get the bus moving, paint all our thoughts with some Day-Glo and start smashing some sound waves.  A trip to New Brunswick this Summer for the Dooryard Arts Festival in Woodstock is in the making and our thoughts and hearts are making eyes at Sydney and all points between.  We’ve also been hearing rumours about the reformation of one of our fav groups, emerging from the void to tickle us to madness once again.  ”Hey You!  Perhaps we can go on a double date and talk about our travels?  TZE celebrating the end of this painful long distance relationship and You! back from the black in your new shoes!  Halifax?”
